01Parties & acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between the Customer and Tekera Corp, which operates UCB. By accessing or using the service, you accept these Terms.
02The service
UCB is a customer-engagement and service platform that lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business number and communicate with the people who message them. It runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform via the Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API.
03Eligibility & accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. You must keep your credentials secure, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and provide accurate information.
04Customer obligations
As a Customer you are responsible for how you message End Users. In particular, you must:
05Acceptable use
You must not use UCB for unlawful, harmful, or abusive messaging, and you must not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or otherwise misuse the platform.
06Third-party terms
WhatsApp and Meta terms apply to your use of the platform, and Meta may suspend or restrict numbers. Under the Tech Provider model, fees for WhatsApp messaging are paid to Meta directly.
07Intellectual property
The platform, including its software and content, is owned by Tekera Corp. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.
08Fees / billing
Any fees that apply to your plan are set out in the order or plan you agree to when subscribing.
09Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekera Corp disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for any loss arising from your use of the service.
10Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the circumstances described in these Terms. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
11Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will seek to resolve any disputes with you directly and in good faith.
